What Klakko does
The name is the sound of a stapler: klak. One press, and it holds. For office supplies, prices differ a lot from shop to shop and week to week, and the same product comes in many pack sizes. Klakko puts the prices side by side. Each product has one page with all its versions: colour, size and pack, each with its own EAN code or the manufacturer’s part number.
A price belongs to exactly one version: we never compare a ream of 500 sheets with a box of five reams, or a single cartridge with a multipack. We only show shop prices once we have checked them for the exact version; if the version is ambiguous, we show no price rather than guess.
Independent
Klakko doesn’t sell anything and isn’t affiliated with the brands on this site. We use brand names to describe what is in the catalogue, not to suggest a partnership.
If Klakko later earns money from links to shops or from advertising, this will be stated clearly next to the link or placement concerned. The order of products and prices is not for sale.
Not a test lab
We don’t test products ourselves. We show what the manufacturer states, such as the number of pieces or sheets, paper weight, size and pages per cartridge. If ink or toner is compatible rather than original, we say so. Does a cartridge fit your printer? The manufacturer’s list is what counts.
